If anyone is looking to spend a lot of money on a downtown penthouse, your wait may be over. Bosa Development just submitted a request to combine the two top floor units at his Santa Fe Depot Parcel 9 building. Based on the original floor plans, this would be combining a 2503 sqft unit with a 2369 sqft condo, resulting in a massive 4,872 penthouse. What’s even more impressive is that Bosa is also requesting to convert the 3,000 sqft of common area rooftop space, to be a private terrace for the penthouse. The request mentioned increasing the penthouse ceiling height by one foot.
Here are some photos from Bosa, showing the original rooftop plans.
Prices still haven’t been released, but something of this caliber will not be cheap. There is no property downtown that this much outdoor space and depending on how this goes, there may never be again. Or, this might be a waste of time and Nat Bosa might making this penthouse just for him…
