I just reduced the price on my 2br/2.5ba condo at The Lodge in Banker’s Hill to $499K, which is only $434/sqft. The last three two bedroom sales at The Lodge were considerably higher, at $472, $508 and $541/sqft. Here are a few reasons why I like this property:
Aside from that, the condo is in great shape and is just a good property in general. If you haven’t noticed, San Diego is still growing (especially downtown) and as prices keep rising there, people will look to the more affordable areas like The Lodge. I think this is a great investment and should do well in the future. Having a dual master townhome with 2.5 bathrooms is a huge plus as well. And yes, there are two gated parking spaces with this unit (and a gym).
