I just listed a 1br/1ba condo high up on the 24th floor at The Mark. This 905 sqft condo is on the north east corner and has city and mountain views (you can also see the bay/Coronado bridge from the balcony). Unlike most of the other 1 bedroom floor plans at The Mark, this unit has multiple exposures and doesn’t feel cramped. The high ceilings, large windows and open floor plan make it feel open and bright.
The Mark #2404 also has no shared walls with neighbors. This is a corner unit, so there’s no one to the east or north. To the south is the hallway and to the west is the stairwell, so it will be that much quieter! This one bedroom condo also has two parking spaces (not tandem) and a large, private storage room (right next to the parking spot). It also has beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops and a large walk-in closet. The bathroom has his and her sinks, tile floors and plenty of space to move around in.
The Mark offers 24 hour security/concierge service and has some great amenities – heated salt water lap pool and spa, gym, valet dry cleaning, conference room (with free wifi), a large grass lawn, multiple BBQ/picnic areas and of course, Mark Lane. Mark Lane runs directly in front of the lobby entrance, allowing residents/guests/cabs to pull up to the building, without looking for street parking. This is great for being picked up/dropped off, unloading your car, or when you forget something and you don’t want to go down to the garage.
Having lived at The Mark for almost three years, I can honestly say I love the location. And with all the new development that’s going to take place, I think The Mark will only increase in value. If you haven’t considered living in East Village, come take a look…I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
