The Mark Condos Penthouse

Posted on October 21, 2010 | by Denny Oh

Right now, there is a 3,742sqft (5,456sqft including the outdoor space) two story penthouse at The Mark condo building in downtown San Diego.  This penthouse at The Mark condos takes up the entire top two floors of the 33 story building and it has an additional 1,714 sqft of outdoor space! The penthouse is a shell, meaning that its completely unfinished and is ready to be built to your exact needs.

The first floor is an enormous 89.5 by 333 room, with views to the east, west and south(three elevators are to the north).  There are a few columns at the northern end of the condo which must stay put, but the rest of the space is wide open.  One of the best things about this penthouse is that theres a HUGE 840 sqft patio space off to the west end of the first floor.  840 square feet – thats larger than most 1 bedroom condos in San Diego.  The first floor also has a 30.5 by 7 balcony on the south east corner.

The second floor is also a shell, but is not as large as the bottom floor.  With a 37 by 2010 space(about 770sqft) and another large balcony, this would be a great master retreat, or an office, or guest room area.  This penthouse comes with three side by side parking spaces, but Im guessing that a deal could be made and someone could pick up another space if they wanted(right now, all the 1 bedroom condos get 2 parking spaces).

The video and images above are a designers rendering of what the space could be “ as of now, its just a shell.  This space is fairly unique for downtown San Diego, escpeically one with so much outdoor space.  Please contact me for more information about this penthouse, or any other homes in the San Diego area.
