Why You Need to Sell Your Home Today

I recently posted a blog that reviewed some sales statistics at The Grande condos. The analysis covered sales in both the North and South Grande towers, primarily during the second half of 2008. This post addresses a comment that a reader posted.

EXCELLENT analysis.
Your suggestion to sellers is right on the mark.
The buyer scenario makes perfect sense.
I would take exception with the recovery time of 18-24 months. The high end price range will recover much faster than the mid price range only because of the amount of inventory available.

Who Sells the Most Condos at The Grande?

Since 2004, when the first Grande tower was completed, Scott-Finn and Associates has been responsible for 40 condo sales at The Grande. Currently, between the north and south towers, we have 8 listings, one of which is in escrow (currently there are 31 actives and 6 pendings). The 40 sales Scott–Finn and Associates has been involved in represents over 20% of all the sales in the two towers combined (197 sales, not including sales from Bosa). Those sales also include 4 penthouse units (we currently have 3 penthouses listed).

Do you need a Korean Realtor in San Diego?

Old-new My parents moved from South Korea to Los Angeles before I was born and in 1980, they moved to Redondo Beach and they had me. It was in Redondo Beach that I grew up and then moved to San Diego for college in 1998. I attended the University of California, San Diego and majored in Communications. Since then, I haven’t wanted to live anywhere else. I love San Diego and everything about it.
