Unit 3101 at Harbor Club in downtown San Diego is now available for rent. At 1,574 square feet, this condo is the largest floor plan in the building, minus the half and full floor (or combined units) condos. Generally speaking, each floor at the Harbor Club has only three condos: a 1,036 sqft 1 bedroom, a 1,474 sqft bubble unit and the large 1,574 sqft plan. This floor plan is typically a 2br/2ba, but the owner has converted the second bedroom into an office that opens up into the living room.

I have a great two bedroom, two bathroom condo for rent at The Legend. It’s on the ninth floor and is on the north east corner, with views towards Park at the Park and Petco Park. With 1,234 square feet, this is one of the larger condos at The Legend. What’s great about this unit is that it has “pop out” windows in both bedrooms and gives you more space (and better views).

Rarely do I ever talk about rentals on my blog, but I came across a condo at Parkloft that is pretty incredible. It’s a 1400sqft loft on the south west side of the building that has approximately 1,000 sqft of outdoor space! To put things into perspective, most 1 bedroom condos in downtown San Diego are about 800sqft. Not that it matters, but this loft also has two remodeled bathrooms, hardwood floors, a built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator and two side by side parking spots.
I love Parkloft because it’s a true loft building – there are no interior bedroom walls, the lofts have exposed plumbing and ventilation ducts, high ceilings and lots of open space. Some units also have exposed concrete walls, which I love, but can also be painted or textured over. If you’re looking for an open space, Parkloft if it.

If you’re looking for a great 1 bedroom in downtown San Diego, take a look at this! All the way up on the 14th floor, this 1,036 sqft 1br/1ba condo has incredible bay and city views. The Harbor Club is one of downtown San Diego’s most expensive and coveted buildings. I particularly like the Harbor Club 1 bedrooms for it’s amazing views.

A few weeks ago, I wrote about one of my favorite 1 bedroom condos in downtown San Diego. Today, I have one of these great units for rent at the Harbor Club condos. This 14th floor 1br/1ba, 1,036 square foot condo is in the (better) east tower of the Harbor Club and has great water views. The bedroom in this condo has been altered and the closet has been moved to the southern wall, allowing for more storage space and a better view from the bed.

I have a client who wants to sell, but might rent his 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,234 sqft condo at The Legend. It’s a great floor plan and is in great shape(it’s a second home and has hardly been used). This 9th floor unit is an H floor plan and the electric fireplace has been taken out, creating a much better space and floor plan. It has pop-out windows in both bedrooms and has a ton of closet space in the master(for a downtown San Diego condo). This condo at The Legend also has a storage unit that’s conveniently located down the hallway(not in the garage).
