Where Can I Vote?

Today is a huge day for many of us.  For me, at 28 years of age, this may be the biggest election year of my life.  All I want to say, is go out and vote - vote for what you believe in and not what someone told you to believe in.

For those of you in San Diego, here’s a link to help you find your polling place.

Trick or Treat

It’s the week before Halloween and I have no idea what I’ll be doing.  I have no costume, nor do I even have an idea of what I want to be.  Shortly after I bought my condo 3 years ago, I went out and bought some candy to pass out at Halloween.  Unfortunately, no kids decided to come by my neighborhood(I live in neighborhood that primarily consists of apartments and condos).  I was ready the next year and the next year – still no kids.

How Do Realtors Get Paid?

Like most people, before I got into real estate, I had no clue how Realtors made a living.  Sure, they sell homes, but how do they actually make money?  The answer to that, these days especially, is that we work hard.

Healthy Living Tips

GreenappleI’m the first to understand how difficult it is to manage your time and eat right. It’s so easy to stop for some fast food, or push back breakfast until 1pm…I know how busy you can get. As a former personal trainer, I was the perfect example of “do as I say, not as a I do.” But I do try and be healthy, or at least think about trying to be healthy…

Amelia Winslow (a good friend of mine) is a Nutritionist and Personal Chef in the Los Angeles area. She is committed to making healthy habits more convenient and more appealing for everyday people. She has

San Diego Farmer’s Market

Farmers marketOne of the benefits of living in San Diego is the beautiful weather.  Obviously.  As a result, we get to enjoy a sunny 71 degree day in February, while much of the country is faced with snow, tornado warnings and thunderstorms.  Another benefit is that we have year round fame r’s markets!

San Diego Resources

As I try an keep up with San Diego’s current events, both in real estate and not, I try to visit other people blogs to stay informed.  One of the sites I frequent is www.sandiegoish.com.  Yes, I may have been influenced by the brilliance of the name, but it’s still a great site.

How Healthy is a Chipotle Burrito?

SimpsonWell I suppose I could give you a long list of healthy foods to eat, like tuna, oranges, spinach, or egg whites, but that would be no fun.  Instead, I’ll introduce you to The 20 Worst Foods in America, at least according to Men’s Health magazine.

As a 27 year old, single male, I must admit I don’t have the best eating habits.  Eating “lunch,” anywhere from 11am to 3pm is pretty normal for me, since I almost always skip breakfast.  I also find myself eating a burrito, or some other “snack,” after most people have already gone to bed.  I eat fast food mostly out of convenience, but yes, sometimes I really want a number 7 from Taco Bell.  It’s not that I can’t cook, it’s more that I don’t have the time, or don’t make the time to cook for myself.
