San Diego, CA 92101
I’ve lived at The Mark for three years now and believe it’s one of East Village’s premiere highrises and has a lot of great features:
The Mark also has great floorplans with large bedrooms/bathrooms and virtually no wasted space. Unit 304 at The Mark is on the third floor, faces north and is an 842 sqft 1br/1ba. The bathroom can be accessed from the living room or the bedroom, so guests don’t have to go through your bedroom use the restroom. There’s a large walk-in closet in the bedroom and another closet in the living room for coats and shoes. The bathroom has a granite counter tops, travertine floors and his and her sinks (with plenty of storage). The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove.

I recently listed a great 1 bedroom condo at The Mark. This 11th floor condo looks incredible and seems like it’s never been lived in. There are wood floors, custom lights, upgraded window coverings, faux-finished walls and incredible wall paper in the bathroom – normally I hate wall paper and faux finishes, but I honestly think it looks amazing in this condo!
I just listed a great 1br condo at Icon – 321 10th Ave. Icon is an incredible, affordable community in downtown San Diego’s East Village district. Located next to the new San Diego public library, Petco Park, Fit Athletic Club and plenty of bars and restaurants, Icon is near pretty much everything you need.
Condo #442 is 785 sqft large, with wood floors, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There’s a balcony off of the living room, which overlooks the courtyard and gets afternoon sunlight. The best part about this condo is that unlike most of the 1brs at Icon, unit 422 does not have another unit/building staring right back at it. If you’re familiar with Icon, many of the 1brs face the blue highrise building which is really close to you and intrusive. Unit 422 does not face the highrise building and the neighboring building is much further away, allowing for more sunlight (since it’s not a highrise) and more privacy.
Here’s a quick post to give you a heads up on some upcoming listings I have.
1) Icon – I have a 1br condo coming up in the mid $300K range. It has wood floors and is on the 11th Ave side. Unlike most of the 1brs at Icon, this condo does not look at the blue highrise building and has plenty of space between it and the neighboring building. It’s also larger than most of the 1brs at Icon.
2) The Mark – I have a great 1br that will be priced right around $500K. It’s in immaculate condition and may be sold furnished. It’s about 900 sqft and faces north with great city views. It also has wood floors and custom paint.
3) The Mark – I’m really excited about this listing. It’s on a high floor and has an amazing bay/city view. It’s a corner unit and looks great. If you’ve been waiting for a view unit in a luxury highrise, you’ll definitely want to see this. This condo will be in the low $900K range.

I just listed a really cool 2br/2ba condo at The Legend – one of East Village’s premiere highrises. The Legend is a 23 story luxury highrise that literally sits on Petco Park’s property. The building offers amenities such as 24 hour security, concierge service, pool/spa, steam and sauna rooms, gym, lounge and of course the incredible 3200 sqft seventh floor deck.
I’m constantly looking at ways to grow my business and serve my clients better. I’ve been a full time realtor for the last 10 years and plan on doing this for another 20-30 years, so I understand how important marketing is – and not just marketing to get more clients….I mean doing things that will actually help sell your property!
Well, I’m excited to show you my newest marketing tool….
I just reduced the price on my Horizons 704 listing. It was listed for $899-995K, but is now listed for just $930K. I have one offer that’s being negotiated, so please hurry if you’re interested. This condo has been completely remodeled and is my favorite floor plan at Horizons. If you’re looking for a clean, modern, move-in ready condo, here’s your chance!
I just reduced the price on my 2br/2.5ba condo at The Lodge in Banker’s Hill to $499K, which is only $434/sqft. The last three two bedroom sales at The Lodge were considerably higher, at $472, $508 and $541/sqft. Here are a few reasons why I like this property:
Aside from that, the condo is in great shape and is just a good property in general. If you haven’t noticed, San Diego is still growing (especially downtown) and as prices keep rising there, people will look to the more affordable areas like The Lodge. I think this is a great investment and should do well in the future. Having a dual master townhome with 2.5 bathrooms is a huge plus as well. And yes, there are two gated parking spaces with this unit (and a gym).
Let me know if you’d like to take a look at this great condo! Denny Oh 858-243-2092 [email protected]
If you’re looking for a great deal, I have just the place. The Mark #3102 is a large, 1,878 sqft penthouse with plenty of room for entertaining. It’s one floor below the top floor (which no one currently lives in) and only has two neighbors on the floor. The condo has 2 bedrooms, an optional den (no walls are built out) and 2.5 bathrooms. Additionally, there are three parking spaces (none are tandem!), three balconies (including one off the master bedroom) and a private storage room (right next to one of the parking spaces).

Banker’s Hill is a great location for people who want to be near downtown/Hillcrest/Mission Hills, but not be right in the middle of things. The Lodge at 2330 First Ave is located on the border of downtown and Banker’s Hill. It’s just a few minutes away from Little Italy and has great freeway access.
