San Diego Farmer’s Market


Farmers marketOne of the benefits of living in San Diego is the beautiful weather.  Obviously.  As a result, we get to enjoy a sunny 71 degree day in February, while much of the country is faced with snow, tornado warnings and thunderstorms.  Another benefit is that we have year round fame r’s markets!

San Diego Balboa Theatre


Balboa theaterBalboa Theatre, named after Vasco Nunez de Balboa, was originally built in 1924 for a mere $800,000 by the Balboa Building Company. After going through some changes and being renamed in 1930, to the El Teatro Balboa, the United State Navy took it over in the early 1940s to house sailors. Then after just escaping demolition, the City of San Diego finally deemed the theater a local historical building in 1972.

Red Bull Air Races in San Diego


Downtown North and South Embarcadero

If you haven’t heard already, the Red Bull Air Races are coming to San Diego! Red Bull has chosen San Diego to be one of only two US cities to host this worldwide event this year (the other being Monument Valley in Utah). This year’s other hosts include Abu Dhabi, Rio de Janeiro, Monument Valley, Istanbul, Interlanken, London, Budapest, Porto and Perth.

As the most popular district of Downtown San Diego, Little Italy provides entertainment for everyone. People want to eat there, live there, shop there and pretty much, just hang out there.
