I’ve been in real estate for about 4 years now and am always looking for new ideas on how to improve…learning new marketing strategies, better ways to stay in touch with clients, how to structure my time, etc. When I first started out, I was in my office’s mentoring program for about 6 months and then shortly after that, I joined a top ranking team and continued to gain valuable training. Welcome to SanDiegOh! As a relatively new blogger, I was excited to read ALL of your submissions and have finally narrowed the field. This weeks submissions covered a variety of topics, so I did my best to provide all of you with the best and most useful. And just so you don’t stop reading after the first pick, I saved this weeks winner for the end.
Thanks for all your submissions and as I should, I’m dedicating Carnival #73 to the San Diego Chargers! See all of you in Arizona. Enjoy.

My site, www.SanDiegOh.com, is now getting closer to where I want it to be, in terms of appearance and functionality, but it still needs work.
With 52 posts, I’m hardly near the 100 mark I aim to be at by the end of this year (especially since some of these blogs are just “Featured Listings” and others are from my lender). Still, I’m relatively happy with my progress. Six months ago, I had no clue how large the real estate blog world was, nor did I know that Geek Estate even existed!
