When I first wrote about Bosa Development’s, Bayside at the Embarcadero, the building hadn’t been completed. Now, after three years of walking through the condos, showing them, hearing feedback from client and selling them, I can pretty much tell you anything you’d want to know about the building. I can tell you that the finishes are better than any other building I’ve been in (the standard finishes that is), the views are pretty incredible and that the amenities are great. I can also tell you that some of the views to the east will eventually go away when Bosa builds the Kettner and Ash site.

Here are some pictures for Bayside #3302. This is one of the last two Bosa owned condos at Bayside. This condo is on the south side of Bayside and has views to the west, south and east. It’s 3,326 square feet and has great views. Bayside penthouse #3302 has been rented before, but it looks and feels brand new.

As promised, here’s the info on my new listing at Bayside at the Embarcadero, by Bosa Development! Condo #1703 is a 2BR+Den, 2Ba condo with 1,460 square feet of space. The kitchen and living room are very open with a larger balcony that has great bay and city views. This is a D floor plan and was one of the most popular units during Bosa’s developer sales.
One of my favorite things about this condo, is that you get great bay and city views. I also love that the den doesn’t get in the way of the living room and isn’t awkwardly placed. The den could be used as an office, third bedroom, dining room, or even a TV room.
Bayside #1703 is basically a brand new condo. The sellers purchased it from Bosa as a second home and have hardly used it. If you aren’t familiar with Bayside, it’s downtown San Diego’s newest residential highrise and one of the best. Bayside at the Embarcadero is a 36 story luxury highrise that has some great amenities.

Here’s just a quick teaser for some new listings I have coming up.
For Sale – Bayside – 1325 Pacific Hwy #1703 – this south facing condo is a 2 bedroom, plus den, with 2 full bathrooms. There are 1,460 sqft and has great bay and city views. The condo also has a laundry ROOM(not just a little closet) and has a shower and bathtub in the master bathroom(most master bathrooms only have a shower). This condo was purchased as a second home and has virtually never been lived in – no furniture was ever moved in, except a mattress and some patio furniture. It’s in incredible shape.

Bosas Bayside at the Embarcadero condos have impressed me more than Id expected them to. I knew Bosa would deliver high end quality, but that doesnt always translate to a nice condo. However, Ive become a big fan of downtown San Diegos Bayside condos for a number of reasons. For one, I think this area, the Columbia District, is going to see a lot of growth and a lot of appreciation. Its exciting to see the transformation(even if its painfully slow), especially when a huge developer like Bosa is helping out.

Last week, I went to Bosas broker preview event for their newest highrise, Bayside at the Embarcadero. Unfortunately, my appointments prior to the event ran late and I only caught the tail end of it, only getting to see one of the eight model condos. The good news however, was that the condo I saw was one that I hadnt seen before and was a floorplan that I really wanted to see.

Bosas Bayside at the Embarcadero is getting closer and closer to being completed. Ive been told that the first condos will be closing this summer and with approximately 50% of the 232 homes sold, Id imagine deals are going to be made. This is Bosas first attempt(at least in San Diego) to capture the buyers who want to live downtown, but also want some space to live in.
Sure, Bosas previous highrises(Horizons, Park Place, Discovery, The Grande, The Legend and Electra) have larger condos, but Bayside claims to have large suites for larger-than-life living. Bayside is a 36 story highrise with 219 condos in the tower and an additional 13 townhomes surrounding it “ another classic platform style Bosa building.
