Savina (commonly referred to as Kettner and Ash) is Bosa’s newest project in downtown San Diego.  Located on the boarder between Little Italy and the Columbia District, Savina is a great addition to the neighborhood.  This luxury highrise will stand 36 stories tall and have 285 condos with an additional 11,550 sqft of retail space.  Savina’s tower will be on the north side of the lot and will have unobstructed views of the bay directly to the west (Bayside which is to the west, has it’s tower on the south side of the lot).  This condo highrise will not be as expensive as Pacific Gate and in my opinion, will sell much faster than it’s more luxurious neighbor. Pricing will range from approximately $700K-3.7M with a handful of one bedroom units starting around $500K.
