Bosa just released info on how they’re going to prioritize condo sales for Savina. As they typically do, they’re going to offer units to their “friends and family” first. This includes people who are close to Nat Bosa, Bosa and many of whom have been involved with other Bosa projects (contractors, vendors, etc). After this smallish group selects their units, Bosa will open up the sales to “Loyalists” – these are the people who have purchased directly from Bosa in the past (not resales, but new construction buyers).
From there, Savina will be opened up to their “VIPs,” which are the people who have registered for the interest list with agents like myself. If you haven’t registered already, click here to register.
Please note that the deadline to be on the Loyalists or VIP group is 5pm on May 31st, 2017. You have less than two weeks to get registered. Once you’re registered, Bosa will randomly select people through a lottery to determine who will be able to select their condo first. If you miss the first deadline, you’re reservation order will be determined by when you submit your registration.
Please note that you will NOT save money by going directly to Bosa’s sales office. By using an agent like myself, I’ll be able to advise you on what I think of Savina, Pacific Gate, or any other projects in San Diego. Having sold properties in every San Diego Bosa building (expect Pacific Gate and Savina), as well as the majority of other downtown high-rises, I can share my knowledge expertise. After all, it’s easy to promote a building if that’s all you’re allowed to sell.
