I’ve lived at The Mark for three years now and believe it’s one of East Village’s premiere highrises and has a lot of great features:
The Mark also has great floorplans with large bedrooms/bathrooms and virtually no wasted space. Unit 304 at The Mark is on the third floor, faces north and is an 842 sqft 1br/1ba. The bathroom can be accessed from the living room or the bedroom, so guests don’t have to go through your bedroom use the restroom. There’s a large walk-in closet in the bedroom and another closet in the living room for coats and shoes. The bathroom has a granite counter tops, travertine floors and his and her sinks (with plenty of storage). The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove.
Located between 8th and 9th Avenues and Market and Island Streets, The Mark is probably the most centrally located highrise in East Village. Within a few blocks, you have a variety of food options: Thai, Mexican, Asian, American, Kabobs, Pizza, French, Sushi and much more. There’s also a barbershop, clothing boutique, beauty saloon, shoe store and groceries near by…not to mention Petco Park and Fit Athletic Club.
