Incredible Harbor Club Condo Deal

CALL ME NOW – 858–243–2092. As promised, here is the deal of the year at Harbor Club. Unit 2402, a 1474 sqft bubble unit in the east tower at Harbor Club is now on the market. This condo went to auction a few weeks ago, but no one was there early enough to grab it, so it went back to the bank. Today, this Harbor Club condo is available for $775,000. This is a HUGE $700K discount. Currently, there is a similar bubble unit on the 33rd floor that’s listed at $1,475,000 – that’s a $700K discount for 9 floors!
In the last 24 months, the lowest priced bubble unit was $725K for an 8th floor unit, that had almost no view. Similar bubble units on the 21st, two on the 16th and 24th floors have recently(all sold in 2009) sold for $1,050,000, $1,150,000, $1,235,000 and $1,320,000 respectively. Let me tell you what sells for about $775K in the Harbor Club:
- A 26th floor 1,036 sqft 1br – $725K
- An 8th floor 1,4674sqft 2 br(the bubble unit mentioned above) – $725K
- A 33rd floor 1,572 sqft 2 bedroom(lesser view) – $885K
At this price of $775K, you’d have to go back to 1998 to get this price for this condo. In 1998, this same exact bubble unit, #2402, sold for $795K. In fact, the lowest priced bubble unit in the last 10 years was for unit 802(same 8th floor condo mentioned above), which sold for $725K.
This condo at Harbor WILL GO FAST. The notes state that the listing agent will wait until 10/24/10 to review offers(banks often require 5 days before they will review an offer), but do not wait. My guess is that this will sell for about $900K. Please call me now in your interested.
