Rent a Condo at The Legend

I have a client who wants to sell, but might rent his 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,234 sqft condo at The Legend.  It’s a great floor plan and is in great shape(it’s a second home and has hardly been used).  This 9^th floor unit is an H floor plan and the electric fireplace has been taken out, creating a much better space and floor plan.  It has pop-out windows in both bedrooms and has a ton of closet space in the master(for a downtown San Diego condo).  This condo at The Legend also has a storage unit that’s conveniently located down the hallway(not in the garage). 

The Legend is located at 325 7^th Ave and literally sits on Petco Park’s property.  The 3200 sqft seventh floor deck is a great place to hang out during Padre games, or just for fun.  The Legend has a pool, steam and sauna room, gym and 24 hour security and onsite concierge.

   Cecy,

   Electra’s HOA requires a minimum of a 12 month lease. However, I’m sure some people do rent out their condos for shorter periods of time. I’ll email you to find out what you’re looking for. Thanks.

   Is this 9th floor unit at The Legend available for June to September? What is the rental and what does it include?

   Unfortunately it is not. The condo won’t be available until March of next year.

   Cecy – I do not deal with short term rentals and as I mentioned before, Electra requires a 1 year lease. I would recommend you try Craigslist.
