Today’s home buyer/seller is much more knowledgeable than even a few years ago and I think realtors truly have to show how they can help their clients. Hi Denny, I stumbled on your blog a few months ago and have to say I am very impressed. Unfortunately, I am not planning to move to SD but I still periodically check your blog out since it is so full of interesting info. I especially found your building descriptions to be very helpful. I wish more realtors would have similar sites. Anyway, I wish you the best of luck with your new venture.
