Cheapest 3 BR In Downtown San Diego…by $155,000!

La Vita is one of Little Italy’s best communities. It’s in a great location and has great people. I have a listing in the highrise of La Vita that needs a buyer ASAP. The previous buyer lost his job and can no longer move forward. This is a short sale, but is FULLY APPROVED and is an incredible value.
Unit 403 at La Vita is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 1,328 sqft. The short sale is approved at $474K. It has two balconies and two side by side parking spots! This unit is on the north west corner of La Vita and overlooks the green courtyards and over the neighboring buildings. This downtown San Diego condo deal is the only active 3 bedroom in downtown San Diego that’s listed below $600,000(not to mention below $500K)!

What about MLS#:090067036 – 3bed, 1600+sqft for $515k.
Perhaps the market is crashing, and there will soon be plenty of 3bed places under $300k. I’ll buy 2, please.

Thanks for the heads up. At the time I posted this, the listing you mentioned wasn’t on the MLS. They listed it that same day, but I guess it was after I wrote this. If you can find 3 bedrooms downtown for less than $300K, buy as many as you can!
