Less Than $300K for a downtown San Diego 2 BR Condo!

Discovery is in my opinion, Cortez Hill’s best highgrise building. It has great floorplans, views and everything else. Here’s the deal – Unit 307 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 1,070 sqft and it’s an REO listed at $269,900. It just came on the market and I promise you, it will not last. Recent comps suggest that this condo should sell for around $320K.

Discovery307 Condo #206 at Discovery, sold this past March for $320K and is a model match, but one floor lower and has street access. Discovery offers condos ranging from the low $300Ks, up to about $1 million in today’s market. Discovery offers the convenience of downtown without all the noise. The only drawback to this unit, is that it only has 1 parking space, which is common for these lower floor units.

This deal is so incredible because you’re getting a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo for about $300K…and it’s NOT a condo conversion, nor is it in a bad area. If you’re interested, please contact me ASAP. FYI, this condo was purchased by the bank for $320K in May and was previously purchased for $520K in 2005 and $370K in October of 2002!
