Today is the Saddest Day…

For months, I’d been trying to sell a condo in the Renaissance building of downtown San Diego.  This condo wasn’t my listing, nor do I own it.  This condo was simply one of the most condos I’ve seen in the last 5 years.  Condo number 1901 is now “pending” and it’s not one of my clients who are buying it. 

Congrats to Pat for selling it and to whoever is buying it…YOU ARE SO LUCKY!  What was once listed for $2.1 million is probably going to sell for about $1.4 million and it’s worth every penny.  Enjoy your new home and hopefully I’ll be able to buy it from you some day…
