San Diego Condo Rentals

Are you looking to rent a condo in downtown San Diego until you’re ready to buy?  Even though the real estate market is market is down and there are plenty of great San Diego condos for sale, some of you may not be ready to buy.  Well…why not let me help you find a place to rent?  If you’re tired of living in Pacific Beach and want to move downtown, give me a call.

I can tell you which buildings have nice pools, which ones have guest parking and which ones are close to the bars!  I know this market inside out, so let me know if I can help you.  Downtown San Diego has plenty of condos for rent and if you need some time to figure out which highrise you want to buy in, just let me know.

If you want great views, you may want to consider Sapphire Tower, The Grande, Bayside, Pinnacle, Harbor Club, the Metropolitan, Electra or Park Place.  If you want something a little quieter, you might want to rent in Discovery, Cortez Blu, Meridian or maybe head north to Park Laurel.  For those of you who want to be in the thick of it, why not try The Legend, M2i, Gaslamp City Square or Trellis?  Whatever it is, there’s a downtown San Diego condo for you.

    Hello –

We are looking for a Condo to rent in Downtown San Diego starting around the first of the year. We would like to rent before we decide if San Diego is the right location for us. We would like a view of the water and walking distance of the downtown area.

    Hello
we are looking at a new business venture in San Diego and will be looking for a condo in the downtown area. Can you give me an idea of the availability of 2br/den or 3 br condo rentals. We will most likely move by October 1 if we decide to proceed.

  4. With the world slowly moving to the much-dreaded energy crisis, it is important that we reduce our dependency on non-renewable sources of energy. Non-renewable sources being renewable are about to get extinct. Renewable energy solutions refer to those energy solutions that can keep churning energy without exhausting the resources. Three types of energy solutions fall into the category of renewable energy solutions: solar energy solutions, hydro energy solutions, and wind energy solutions. Anyways, you can read more about it here…
