Juana - was Bosa greedy? Or were the investors? Yes, prices were "artificially inflated" but the good news is that prices are back to '03 prices in many cases. Bosa will have their hands full trying to sell of their inventory, no doubt. I think it's a great time to buy in San Diego, but there are exceptions. I'm guessing we'll still see a decent hit at the higher price point, but not at entry level.

I guess we'll have to wait and see...

I appears that the Greedy Bosa's ways has finally caught up with them. For years, they were selling multiple units to investors who artificially inflated the prices which made the people who wanted a home, could not afford it, or deliver pizza to make ends meet. Now, Bosa is having a fire sale because previous buyers walked away from the overpriced pieces of glass and metal. San Diego real estate can learn from Las Vegas' City Center(lowering prices)
