Real quick…Downtown San Diego condo deal – a 1,700 sqft loft in the Samuel Fox Loft’s building just came back on the market. It’s a bank owned home(REO, foreclosure) and it looks like a great deal. I haven’t seen this particular unit, but I’ve been in the building and seen several other units. From the pictures, the place looks like it needs some work, like all REOs, but at the price it’s listed at, it’s a steal.

This third floor loft is priced below $300K and has 2 parking spaces. This is all the time I have for right now, but call/text/email me for more info. Over 1,700 sqft for less than $300K! We’re talking about less than $180/sqft in downtown San Diego! This is a great deal.
