Condo Deals at Discovery in Cortez Hill

Here’s yet another condo deal in downtown San Diego.  This condo is located in Bosa’s Discovery highrise.  This 2002 building is located in the Cortez Hill district of downtown San Diego and has some great floorplans.  Cortez Hill is also probably 92101’s quietest area to live in.

Right now, you have the choice between 2 great condo deals – one on the 12th and one on the 13th floor.  Both are approximately 1230 sqft and are 2 bedroom condos.  One is listed below $350,000 and the other is just below $400,000. Both condos are short sales and one of them is priced about 50% below what it was purchased for, back in 2006.  The most recent comparable sale was the same unit on the 17^th floor that was a bank owned condo, which sold for $525,000 in August of 2008.  FYI – 1706 was only on the market for 9 days!
