Condo Deal at Horizons Downtown San Diego

I don’t have time to write a full post, but here’s a quick summary. A 20th floor 2 bedroom, 1263 sqft condo is being offered for a ridiculous price. The MLS listing info states that it’s a short sale(with a negotiator already assigned) and the bank suggested the price! Listed just above $500K, this condo deal will not last.

Horizons is centrally located between First Ave and Front Street, between Market and Island. It’s next to Ralph’s grocery store, Horton Plaza, the Children’s Museum and the Gaslamp District. Horizons was Bosa’s first development in San Diego and offers some incredible views. Let me know if you want more info on this incredible downtown San Diego condo deal.

Can’t locate any 20th floor units– is this one gone or was it a reference to the second floor unit?

Hey Mark,

The unit is “contingent,” meaning that the seller has accepted an offer, but is pending lender approval. It was only “active” for 3 days before they got an offer(or multiple offers).

It may still be available, but I’ll have to double check.
