I haven&#039;t heard anything about issues with the square footage, but it doesn&#039;t surprise me that the actual sqft vs the advertised sqft don&#039;t match up. With that said, I&#039;ve seen discrepancies in favor of the developer as well.  Bosa&#039;s floorplans show that the C floorplans range from 1,395-1,404 sqft. but a 150sqft is a big difference.

Then again, I bet you could get 5 appraisers to measure the same condo and each one would come up with a different number...do you own one of the &#039;02 units?  We&#039;ve got 2602 on the market right now and I think they&#039;ve got incredible views!</description>
