I haven’t heard anything about issues with the square footage, but it doesn’t surprise me that the actual sqft vs the advertised sqft don’t match up. With that said, I’ve seen discrepancies in favor of the developer as well. Bosa’s floorplans show that the C floorplans range from 1,395-1,404 sqft. but a 150sqft is a big difference.

Then again, I bet you could get 5 appraisers to measure the same condo and each one would come up with a different number…do you own one of the ’02 units? We’ve got 2602 on the market right now and I think they’ve got incredible views!
