Downtown San Diego’s Best Condo

About a month ago, I wrote about a truly one-of-a-kind condo at the Renaissance in downtown San Diego.  At the time, this 1,878 square foot condo was priced at $1.9 million, down from the original price of $2.15 million.  Today…this incredible condo is available, furnished, for only $1.7 million!

This 19^th floor condo is incredible.  It was been completely remodeled and is by far, one of the nicest places I’ve seen downtown.  Unit 1901 at Renaissance is located in the north tower, facing south, overlooking downtown San Diego and the bay.  Originally built as a three bedroom condo, the current owner redesigned the unit, opening up walls and creating a one bedroom condo with a media room and office/guest bedroom.  The hide-a-way walls and doors do provide privacy if a second and/or third bedroom are needed, but you really need to see this to appreciate it.
