One Bedroom Condo Deal at Renaissance

Here’s a large one bedroom for sale at the Renaissance in downtown San Diego. It’s a bank owned(aka, foreclosure, REO) condo on the 12th floor and is large. It’s measured at 1,103 square feet and the last one bedroom that sold for $399K in August of 2008, was only 888 square feet(also on the 12th floor). What’s nice about this deal is that it’s a huge one bedroom. Most other one bedrooms are 700–900 square feet and only have one bathroom. This condo at Renaissance has 1.5 bathrooms and some great city views.

Listed at $439K, this condo is a steal – especially considering the fact that it sold $678K in 2004! If you’re not familiar with the Renaissance, it’s probably in the most convenient location possible. There’s not much more to say, but if you have any questions, let me know.

Oh yeah, if you’re going to buy in this building, you better be bringing cash, or you need to talk to me. I don’t do the loans, but I do know who can. The building is going through some litigation and you’ll need a lender who can get the job done. This isn’t my listing, but I think it’s a great deal.
