Another Great Condo Deal…

A month or so ago, I wrote about a condo at Renaissance that I thought was a great deal. Apparently a lot of other people did as well(just none of my clients). After eight offers, Renaissance #1006 just sold for $475,000. It was listed at $449,000 and was bank owned. To be honest, I thought it’d go for more, but I’m guessing many of the interested buyers had trouble getting financing. Regardless, yet another condo deal came and went. BUT…I still have faith.
