MUST SELL!  This rare 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Little Italy is a great buy.  Three bedrooms in downtown San Diego are very rare – well sort of.  There are plenty of cheap three bedrooms in Union Square and Atria, and  a good amount of expensive ones in The Grande, Horizons and other luxury buildings, but hardly any that are “mid-level” condos.

Little Italy is one of downtown San Diego’s most desired areas to live in.  There are plenty of shops, restaurants and people to keep you busy.  Plus, even though there’s a lot to do, Little Italy is one of the quietest areas of Downtown.

   This condo is no longer for sale. It’s being rented out, but might come back on the market towards the end of the year. I do have another 3 bedroom in this building coming on the market soon. I’ll send you some listings. Thanks.
