Renaissance San Diego – probably THE most convenient address in the 92101 zip code. With Ralph’s grocery store at your doorstep, Wells Fargo at the bottom of the stairs, Richard Walker’s across the street and Horton Plaza at the corner, you’re pretty much a stone’s throw away from anything you could possibly want. Take that convenience, add 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with an incredible protected water view AND a ridiculous price and what do you get? A SanDiegOh great deal!

At about 1,300 square feet, this tenth floor condo has a ton of space. Granted, 1,300 square feet isn’t a mansion, but it’s laid out well and very livable. Located in the North tower of the Renaissance, this condo sits on the north-west corner of the high rise. For those of you who are not familiar with the area, that means that you look west towards the bay and Point Loma.

Aside from the reasons listed about, this condo is a deal because of the price. Listed at $449,900, this condo is WAY under priced. Purchased by the previous owner in 2006 and $810,000, unit 1006 is now bank owned and 45% below what it was purchased for only two years ago!
