Protected Views at The Grande…?

For downtown San Diego, the old adage, location, location, location, is practically synonymous with views, views, views(protected views, that is).  And if you’ve looked at The Grande, you know there’s a lot of development that’s going to change those views. Luckily, there are some units that won’t be affected, or will only slightly be affected.

The ‘01 stack in the Grande South has very protected views and offers plenty of room.  At 1,684 square feet, this two bedroom plus den, two

bath condo has a great layout.  Known as the A2 floor plan, these units have great views.  You can see the airport, the bay, Point Loma and more!  Best of all, you’ll get to keep this views!

   Denny, the 01 stack is Kathy’s model/unit number (the girl that you met while looking for my unit before I moved here). I’ve been in it and their views are incredible. I love the foyer. It is so much better than the units where you walk in the front door and you’re right in the living space. Their kitchens are really big and laid out really well too. Those two towers at the Grande are really amazingly beautiful. I’m sure this one won’t last too long when you get it on the market. Good luck!

   Thanks Carol! What’s nice/unique about this ‘01 stack, is that the views are very protected. Most units at the Grande are going to be affected by all the future development, making potential buyers very cautious. This floorplan has a great lay out and great views(that won’t change!).
