Channel 10 News Tonight!

If you’re bored and what to see what I look like, on TV, check out Channel 10 news tonight at 7pm.  My clients and I were interviewed about a unique loan program that allows people to buy homes with no money down.  The rate won’t jump up in 5 years, the city doesn’t get a share of your equity and there’s no money down.  Contact me for more info.

   Is the loan unique to CA or is it available else where?

   The loan program is actually a national program. If you need help, ask your lender, of I’d be happy to refer you to mine!
