How to Hear About my Secret Real Estate Deals

Deals Have you seen my list of Deals? Are you looking for something that’s not on there? Or maybe the deal you read about has already been sold. Well I’ll fill you in on a little secret – I don’t list ALL the deals I see.

You see, my job is to get the best deals for my clients – not to inform other Realtors, or buyers who are working with other agents. I say this because many agents I show property to have mentioned that I

have a great web site and that they learn a lot from it. That’s great to hear, but I’d be much happier if my clients were telling me that.

When I come across a great deal, I contact all the people I’m working with who might be interested in something like that. Then, if none of them are interested, I blog about it. Often times, my clients are interested and they end up buying that home. In a sense, the deals I blog about are the leftovers – not to say that these aren’t great deals, but you aren’t hearing about them first.

What’s my point? Simple. If you’re thinking about buying real estate in San Diego, you should give me a call. Otherwise, you may miss out on the deals that never make it to my blog. Then again, maybe you already have a Downtown Realtor who calls you as soon as a great deal comes onto the market…do you?
