How to Hear About my Secret Real Estate Deals

DealsHave you seen my list of Deals? Are you looking for something thats not on there? Or maybe the deal you read about has already been sold. Well Ill fill you in on a little secret “ I dont list ALL the deals I see.

You see, my job is to get the best deals for my clients “ not to inform other Realtors, or buyers who are working with other agents. I say this because many agents I show property to have mentioned that I

have a great web site and that they learn a lot from it. Thats great to hear, but Id be much happier if my clients were telling me that.

When I come across a great deal, I contact all the people Im working with who might be interested in something like that. Then, if none of them are interested, I blog about it. Often times, my clients are interested and they end up buying that home. In a sense, the deals I blog about are the leftovers “ not to say that these arent great deals, but you arent hearing about them first.

Whats my point? Simple. If youre thinking about buying real estate in San Diego, you should give me a call. Otherwise, you may miss out on the deals that never make it to my blog. Then again, maybe you already have a Downtown Realtor who calls you as soon as a great deal comes onto the marketdo you?

    I have been looking for a studio in Gaslamp, Little Italy and the East Village. These short sales are a nightmare. I am a cash buyer from Arizona and an looking for something sub 175K. If you can help, I would appreciate it. I’ve stayed at the Hard Rock before and enjoyed it in SD. Does the Hotel get a 50/50 split on the room rate and the HOA? Many Thanks,
