Electra Condo Deal Update

A while back I wrote about condo number 2503 at Bosa’s newest building, Electra. This deal has just gotten better, as the price has been reduced to $800,000-875,000. The same exact condo on the 16th floor is slightly lower in price, but the 15th and 26th floor model matches are way above in price.
This unit has a split floor plan and 1,370 square feet of space. The kitchen is a bit small, but aside from that, it’s a very nice unit. If you follow my blog, you know I’m not a fan of most of Electra’s floor plans, but this one is nice. It’d be perfect for the North County buyer who’s tired of driving home after coming to a show Downtown, or for one of you Zonies who wants to escape the summer heat.
It has a north west exposure which will be affected by future development, but you’ll still have some great views. At $584 a square foot, on the 25th floor, I think this should go quickly.
