What’s Really Going On With San Diego Real Estate?

Please join me and Scott~Finn & Associates for a free seminar on June 26^th, 2008. The purpose of this seminar will be to educate you on what’s going on with San Diego’s real estate market. With so many “experts” and opinions, people must look beyond the media and the hype and actually analyze the numbers – how many homes are being built? In what time frame? What are the price points? How much has already sold?

The evening will be emceed by Tom Blair, who is the Editor-in-Chief of the San Diego Magazine and Russell Valone, President of MarketPointe Realty, and Derek Danziger, Vice President of the Center City Development Corporation, will be the key note speakers. Again, this event will focus on statistics and facts, versus people’s opinions. Perception vs Reality will allow people to hear true experts on the topic discuss what’s actually happening and what we might expect in the near future.
