Great Condo Deal at Electra

Are you waiting for that smoking deal at Electra? With 53 listings in the building, sellers have two options: 1) Cut your prices and take a loss. Just get out as quickly as possible, rather than slowly, but repeatedly reduce your asking price, or 2) Wait the market out and put your home back on when there’s less competition.
The owner of Electra unit 2503 seems to have chosen option #1, pricing his 25th floor, 1,370 square foot corner unit at an attractive $925,000! While that’s still $675 per square foot, it’s priced way below it’s competition. Unit 2603 is listed at $1,025,000 – $748 per square foot! Only the 6th and 12th floor units are priced below 2503.
This “C” floor plan has bedrooms on opposite sides of the condos, and has an actual laundry room, rather than just a closet. The views are also very nice, but will change over the years.
If you’re looking to get into a 2 bedroom, North-West facing, corner unit at Electra, 2503 is your deal. And no, I’m not the listing agent…I just like to point out great deals to my clients.
