Who Sells the Most Condos at The Grande?

Since 2004, when the first Grande tower was completed, Scott-Finn and Associates has been responsible for 40 condo sales at The Grande. Currently, between the north and south towers, we have 8 listings, one of which is in escrow (currently there are 31 actives and 6 pendings). The 40 sales Scott–Finn and Associates has been involved in represents over 20% of all the sales in the two towers combined (197 sales, not including sales from Bosa). Those sales also include 4 penthouse units (we currently have 3 penthouses listed).
While I’m not 100% sure, I’d be willing to bet that Scott-Finn and Associates has sold more condos at The Grande, than any other Realtor – expect for Bosa, but who can compete with the developer?
Why do we sell so many condos at The Grande? Well for starters, our professionalism and knowledge of the area and Downtown market sets us apart from many of the other Realtors. We are the type of Realtors that will tell you what you need to hear, versus what you want to hear. If you need to sell your house, we’ll tell you where it needs to be priced so you’re not just showing your house, while other’s are being sold. We also have an excellent, proven, marketing campaign that exposes your home to thousands of people – not just agents.
The Scott-Finn team has been been in the top 1% of Prudential Realtors Nationwide for years and we’re also in the top 20 amongst San Diego agents. Last year, we sold over $10.5 million dollars in Downtown San Diego listings alone(this does not include the buyers we represented). And we don’t only sell condos at The Grande. Last year alone, we helped sell 20 condos in the Downtown San Diego area…not bad for a “slow market.”

Oh come on Danny, every time I go into the BOSA sales office its not BOSA selling the condos its RE/MAX. BOSA builds, RE/MAX sells and you’ve had some resales dont boast too much.
Herman - I apologize if my post came off like I was boasting. My intent was simply to show people who might be interested in selling, that my team and I are very familiar with the building and that we’ve done a decent amount of business there.
And FYI, RE/MAX is the sales team for Bosa. Bosa does not sell anything, so when I refer to Bosa selling units there, I am referring to RE/MAX.
