2008 Red Bull Air Races

The Red Bull Air Races are coming back to San Diego! Making its second trip to San Diego, locals and tourists will get to watch the high speed, low altitude acrobatics across San Diego’s bay. This will be the second round of races for 2008, with the first round having already taken place in Abu Dhabi. This year, the event will take place May 3rd and 4th at the Embarcadero Marina Park and Seaport Village downtown.
For those of you who are not familiar with the Reb Bull air races, this is a huge event! Only 10 cities in the world get to host this event and few can compete with San Diego’s weather and excitement. You can also go directly to the Reb Bull Air Race site by clicking here.

Directions:
From the North: Inbound - Take Interstate 5 South. Exit Front Street and continue on Front Street until you reach Harbor Drive. Turn left on Harbor Drive.
From the South: Take Interstate 5 North. Exit Crosby Street. At the bottom of the off-ramp, turn left onto Caesar Chavez Parkway. Follow Caesar Chavez Parkway to Harbor Drive. Turn right on Harbor Drive.
