San Diego’s Electra - Update and Pictures

ElectraconservatoryI recently went on a tour of the new Electra – San Diego’s tallest residential building. I was with my team, going through some of our new listings and I took some pictures while I had the chance. This will be one of San Diego’s most sought after buildings.

BOSA Development has delivered another incredible building. The views, the lobby,

the conservatory and everything else about this building is so impressive. As you approach the building, you have the option of entering towards the concierge’s desk, or you can come in a separate entrance, that leads to the conservatory room. This area has a 60 foot high ceiling, cabanas, a self-playing piano, a full kitchen and a ton of other unique features that will make you think you’re in a five star hotel.

ElectraviewIn addition to the conservatory room, there is a separate lobby next to the elevators and a 40th floor view deck. This area faces East, but you also get to look to the north and to the south. I was there mid-day, but I can’t wait to see what it looks like at night.

Electra also offers two different out door areas that are both located on the 5th floor. On the sunnier, south side of the building, is where the swimming pool and jacuzzi are located. And for those who want to work out before lounging pool side, you can look forward to working out on a plethora of brand new Cybex machines. Electra also offers a steam room and dry sauna, similar to The Grande.

ElectragrassOn the north side of the tower, the 5th floor offers an open air, grassy area, with a fireplace and lounge area. This is also where residents and guests will access the town homes. Like all of the other BOSA buildings, Electra followed suit and consists of a high rise tower, surrounded by a dozen or so multi-level town homes.

If you’re interested in purchasing, or renting in the Electra, please call Denny Oh at 858.243.2092, or email me at dennyoh@prusd.com.
