I recently came across a blog that Lani Anglin, of R.E. Revealed, posted and I know we can all relate to it. Lani wrote about an experience she had with her cell phone and Sprint’s customer support – rather, lack of support. As I read it, I immediately grew tense and thought about the battle I’ve had with Verizon over that last decade or so and wanted to share my tips.

After 3 Treos that kept crashing and idiots at Verizon who couldn’t figure anything out…and a phone that doesn’t go “international”…I switched to the Blackberry. No crashes and immediate email! I do miss the “documents to go” where I kept my listing information and a few other features, but I’m sure I can find some Blackberry software that will work just fine…
Hopefully the Blackberry works out for you. From what I hear, the Blackberry is more “business” oriented. Good luck!
